We're seriously thinking of changing our allegiance from the Times, heralded by yet another anger-provoking article. Worst, on Monday, was Lynne Truss' 'The unbearable lightness of Kate Middleton', which was so rude, banal, and downright nasty, its inclusion was incredible. And then today, Ken Macdonald's piece about the creation of a Palestinian state began well, but ended irrationally and frustratingly badly, moving toward seeming surprise that, 'Of course they wanted peace, but above that they were determined that their state would survive.' For the millionth time, how can peace between Israel and the Palestinians possibly occur without the existence of one side? We love the Times for its relative lack of bias, and rangingly opinioned contributors, but any move into this dangerous trench of many of the UK's other current affair outlets is unforgivable.
